Our executive team personally contributes approximately 20% of the total equity invested across our portfolio, ensuring our capital commitments align closely with our investors’ interests. With a rigorous acquisition process, we meticulously evaluate numerous opportunities to identify properties poised for superior performance, delivering value with integrity.

Staying up to date
Our meticulous underwriting and due diligence processes set us apart in the multifamily investment landscape. We dedicate hundreds of hours to researching market trends and submarket dynamics, leveraging cutting-edge data to inform our decisions. For every property we acquire, we rigorously underwrite, tour, and evaluate approximately one hundred opportunities, ensuring only the most promising investments are selected to deliver exceptional returns for our investors.

Alignment
We purposefully align ourselves with our investors through our thoughtful structure. This alignment enhances our relationship with capital partners.

Every Millburn acquisition includes a significant capital contribution from our Principals, aligning our interests with our equity partners. Millburn Principals are often the largest investor in our investments.

We underwrite, tour, and research approximately 100 properties for every one we acquire. As the key Principal, we secure financing, execute the loan, and oversee a rigorous and thorough due diligence process.

Millburn manages each property through an onsite, third-party management company. We only engage with onsite teams that have experience, quality, and efficient operations—and onsite management is equally accountable to Millburn and its investors. Property performance is reported monthly, quarterly, and annually in a timely manner to investors.

Our structure allows for tax-advantaged dispositions. Further, each investment is not forced to market by predetermined or arbitrary dates. Instead, we strategically evaluate market conditions and asset performance to determine optimal exit timing deal-by-deal.
