Christopher Anderson

In addition to serving on M&C’s Advisory Board, Chris also serves as a Principal and Senior Advisor of the Company. Prior to joining M&C, Chris was an active multifamily real estate investor. He previously served as the President and CEO of HandStands, a diversified global manufacturer of automotive and technology accessories. During his fifteen-year tenure with HandStands, Chris spearheaded the company’s entrance into the car air freshener market; and, under Chris’ leadership, HandStands attained the #1 U.S. market share position. In 2016, following more than a decade of double-digit average annual revenue growth, HandStands was acquired by Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) for $340 Million. Chris is a Summa Cum Laude Economics graduate of Westminster College. He enjoys flying, boating, snow skiing, snowmobiling, and spending time with his family.
G. Andrew Barfuss

Andy is the managing member of Ridgewood Management, Inc., a Utah-based private equity company. His career has been focused in the fields of private equity, business education, real estate, construction, internet sales and marketing, publishing, software, telecommunications, merchant banking, furniture retail, and philanthropy. His real estate endeavors include ownership and development of multiple properties in the office, residential, raw land, industrial and multi-family sectors. Andy and his wife Julie are the parents of seven children.
Jordan Clements

Jordan is a partner at Rock Creek Capital. Jordan began his investment career in 1995 when he became the managing partner of a start-up private equity firm in Salt Lake City. He led that firm through multiple funds until 2010. Jordan has served on numerous boards of directors including Energy Solutions, 3form, Diamond Rental, Packsize, and Instashred. Earlier in his career, Jordan was a partner at a San Francisco Bay area law firm where he practiced corporate and business law advising high growth, privately held businesses. He holds a J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He and his wife Julie are the parents of five daughters and reside in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Shailendra "Shelly" Krishna

In addition to serving on M&C’s Advisory Board, Shelly also serves as a Principal and Senior Advisor of the Company. After an adventurous career spanning more than three decades that included the creation, building, and sale of three companies in the data processing and online information spaces, Shelly transitioned full time to real estate investing in 2011. Since that time, he has built up holdings in numerous M&C properties. Shelly’s portfolio also includes over a dozen multifamily assets in his home state of Texas. Shelly is a seasoned entrepreneur and businessman who brings an amazing background of business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning. Shelly’s responsibilities at M&C include deal vetting, market research, and investor relations. Shelly has a degree in Computer Science from USC and an MBA in Finance and New Ventures from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Shelly is married with two daughters, and his passions include the love for independent cinema, indulging in eclectic reading, and extensive foreign travel.
Barrett Peterson

Barrett is the CFO and VP of Real Estate Development for Peterson Development Company and Principal Broker for Peterson Homes. Over the years, Peterson Development has built and developed retail, office, medical clinics, apartment buildings, and residential building lots throughout the western United States. Peterson Homes has built single-family homes and townhomes in many areas of Utah in several master planned communities. Barrett holds a BA in Political Science from Duke University and Master of Real Estate Development from M.I.T.
Kelly Walker

In addition to his experience building successful businesses, Kelly brings over 12 years of real estate investment experience through his significant ownership in over 20 apartment communities across the country. He currently serves as the CEO of Solcius, a solar company he founded in 2014. Prior to Solcius, Kelly co-founded Pinnacle Securities in 2001 and served as CEO for a number of years. During Kelly’s tenure with the company, Pinnacle became the 10th largest alarm company in the nation and partnered with Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco based private equity firm, in 2011 before selling to Protection 1 in 2013. Kelly enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, watersports, and spending time with his wife and kids.
